All orders are paid by Cash on Delivery.

1. Delivery Area

Maison Khatib currently delivers exclusively within Lebanon.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after our daily processing cut-off time may be processed on the following business day.

Because we use Cash on Delivery, we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm your order, delivery address, and availability before dispatching your order.

3. Delivery Time

After processing, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on the destination within Lebanon.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, high order volume, or circumstances outside our control.

4. Delivery Method

All orders are delivered through trusted local courier services operating in Lebanon.

To complete delivery, we may share the necessary order details with the courier, including your name, phone number, delivery address, order information, and Cash on Delivery amount.

5. Delivery Fee

A flat delivery fee of $5 USD applies to all orders across Lebanon, unless otherwise clearly stated during a promotion.

The delivery fee will be shown during the order process and may also appear in the cart or checkout summary.

6. Payment Method

Maison Khatib currently accepts Cash on Delivery.

Payment is made directly to the courier when the order is delivered.

Please make sure the correct amount is available at the time of delivery to avoid delays or failed delivery attempts.

7. Delivery Completion

An order is considered delivered once it has been handed to the customer, household member, office reception, or designated recipient at the delivery address provided.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct phone number, full delivery address, and any needed delivery instructions.

Maison Khatib is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect contact information, incomplete addresses, or customer unavailability.

8. Failed or Refused Deliveries

If the customer cannot be reached, refuses the order after confirmation, provides incorrect delivery information, or is unavailable during delivery, the order may be delayed, returned, or cancelled.

Repeated refused or failed Cash on Delivery orders may result in future orders being cancelled or requiring additional confirmation before dispatch.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders During Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Photos of the outer packaging and delivery label, if available

We will review the issue and assist according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Maison Khatib will cover the related delivery fees only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a mistake from our side.

10. Returns & Exchanges Delivery Fees

Delivery fees for returns or exchanges are paid by the customer.

If a customer wants to exchange or return an approved item, the customer is responsible for all related delivery charges.

Maison Khatib will only cover delivery fees if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a mistake from our side.

Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by Maison Khatib.
