Return & Refund Policy

At Maison Khatib, we care about providing quality wholesale fashion accessories, trims, laces, buttons, brooches, badges, and garment supplies.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by WhatsApp or email and include:

  • Your order details
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A photo of the packaging, if applicable
  • A short explanation of the issue

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Because Maison Khatib is a wholesale fashion accessories supplier, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Cut laces, trims, ribbons, or items sold by meter
  • Custom-prepared or specially requested orders
  • Items that have been used, cut, altered, damaged, or washed
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items where the color difference is due to screen or display settings

Refunds & Exchanges

After we review your request, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Exchange the item
  • Replace the damaged or incorrect item
  • Offer store credit
  • Offer a refund when applicable

Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Delivery Fees for Returns & Exchanges

Delivery fees for returns or exchanges are paid by the customer.

If a customer wants to exchange or return an approved item, the customer is responsible for all related delivery charges.

Maison Khatib will only cover the delivery fee if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a mistake from our side.

Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return or exchange is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be arranged directly with our team after approval.

Delivery Area

Maison Khatib currently delivers inside Lebanon only.
