Maison Khatib is a wholesale garment accessories supplier and a specialist producer of custom couture embellishments and garment details in Beirut, Lebanon, since 1970. We create decorative and functional garment details from the materials, patterns and specifications provided by designers, couture houses, bridal ateliers and fashion brands.
Our seven specialist production services
1. Fabric flowers and shaped petals
We transform client-supplied fabrics into finished couture flowers, or supply individually cut and shaped petals based on the client's designs, subject to material suitability.
2. Precision laser cutting on fabric
We laser-cut textile motifs, pieces and shapes from customer patterns and technical drawings. This is fabric cutting, not embroidery.
3. Custom rhinestone hotfix patterns
We create rhinestone hotfix designs and transfers according to provided artwork, motifs and garment placement patterns, with sizes, layouts and stone choices reviewed per project.
4. Fabric-covered buttons and buckles
We produce buttons and correctly constructed buckles covered in client-supplied plain fabrics, in agreed shapes and measurements.
5. Pearl setting on fabric
We create pearl embellishment and setting on fabric to specified garment designs and placement layouts, subject to material and production feasibility.
6. Zipper manufacturing
Our zipper factory produces zippers for fashion and garment applications. Discuss length, colour, construction, teeth finish and specific slider and puller requirements based on your sample.
7. Digital printing on garments
We take enquiries for digital printing on garments from customer artwork, assessing textile compatibility, size, colour and quantity before confirming the production approach.

- Send an artwork file, technical drawing, reference photograph, design or material sample.
- Provide fabric or component specifications, dimensions, colours, intended application, quantities and required date.
- We review production feasibility, materials, sampling, pricing and delivery arrangements with you directly.
